The Branch opens the OD124 Account and sends Apna CSP Point the excel sheet for the generation of the KO ID. The regional office forwards the excel sheet to BCC for generation of KO ID with the authority letter from RM/DRM. After receiving the KO ID from BCC the same is forwarded to BC/Branch/Apna CSP Point. The branch also sends a duly verified copy of Aadhaar separately.

A kiosk can be opened at any unbanked location or location where the presence of banking channels is less.
